Job summary

Southeast Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to support and repair properties with a strong sense of urgency and craftsmanship. You will perform diverse tasks across drywall, painting, trim, and cabinetry, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer interactions on every project.

You will collaborate with team members to meet project goals, continuously develop your trades, and contribute to restoring lives and properties with compassion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction experience with multi-trade capabilities.
• Proficient in drywall, painting, trim, cabinetry, and minor flooring repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems efficiently on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and workmanship across drywall, painting, trim, cabinetry, and minor flooring repairs.
• Maintain excellent communication with the production team and customers about job updates and completion.
• Manage time and tasks on site, proactively solving problems to support project goals.
• Continuously develop and refine trade skills across disciplines from Level 1 to Level 5.
• Understand customer needs and respond with urgency and consideration of costs and benefits.
• Apply detailed information accurately in daily work to ensure quality outcomes.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith‑based company, is seeking a skilled, resourceful, and open‑minded Restoration Technician ready to serve our customers and team with a joyful and intentional sense of urgency. This role requires hands‑on problem solving and quality workmanship to handle projects from start to finish while delivering the highest level of professionalism on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Quality Workmanship: Provide top‑tier service to customers by demonstrating craftsmanship and professionalism across multiple trades, including drywall, painting, trim installation, minor cabinet repair, and minor flooring repairs.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the production team regarding job updates and task completion, as well as clear and respectful communication with customers.
• Self‑Management: Manage your time and tasks effectively, proactively solving problems on site to support the team and project managers in meeting project goals.
• Skill Development: Continuously build and refine your trade skills to progress from Level 1 to Level 5 in various construction disciplines.
• Customer Orientation: Understand and anticipate customer needs, responding with urgency and consideration of company costs and benefits.
• Attention to Detail: Consistently process and apply detailed information accurately in your work.
