The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated skilled carpenters, both Master and Journeyman to join our design build team as we create beautiful homes for families to live and thrive in. We are looking for candidates that are detail-oriented team members who are dedicated, reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled. Candidates must have a passion for quality, take ownership of their role, understand that details matter and want to be the builder.

Responsibilities
  1. Requires a wide knowledge of framing, trim, pre-title tasks as well as the ability to understand how all the trades function together on the job site.
  2. Be able to read a plan and scope of work and execute it with minimal supervision.
  3. Using hand and power tools and checking the accuracy of completed work.
  4. Care and cleanliness on the job site is a must.
  5. Must respect the people and materials around you at all times.
  6. Rough framing of walls, ceilings, and roof.
  7. Shoring erection, repair/replace patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances and necessary demolition to repair.
  8. May also include drywall installation, tape and texture work.
  9. Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances.

Qualifications
  1. Must have Carpentry experience and knowledge of remodeling.

  3. Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work.
  4. Must have tools commensurate with experience.
  5. Must be able to read a plan and scope of work and execute it with minimal supervision.
  6. Valid driver's license required and a reliable vehicle that you drive to work.
