Construction Duties Include

• Performing demolition, drywall installation, spackle and drywall finishing, plumbing & electrical repairs, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, flooring installation, framing, and skilled carpentry.
• Installing kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathtubs, tub surrounds, and fixtures.
• Installing subflooring, vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, and tiles.
• Installing windows & doors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Smartphone required for completing daily work tickets via mobile device.
• Own basic hand & power tools for the job.
