Job summary

TCM/Taylored is seeking skilled carpenters to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold and weather-related losses. You will join a team that values care, compassion and hands-on workmanship in a physically demanding, ever-changing environment.

We require at least two years of experience in drywall, framing, siding, painting and flooring, plus strong customer service and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are preferred; background checks are conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry fields listed below.
• Ability to work with drywall, framing, siding, painting, flooring.
• Strong customer service and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to drywall, framing, siding, painting and flooring tasks as part of remodeling projects.
• Engage with customers professionally and communicate project progress clearly.
• Carry out background in all phases of construction as needed and follow safety guidelines.

Compensation:

• Pay is commensurate with experience, with opportunities for advancement as they prove themselves capable. With the opportunity for overtime, and on-call bonuses, We also provide our carpenters with a company vehicle.
