ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work with full benefits. The position covers remodeling tasks from minor patches to full home rebuilds, with a hourly rate of $22–$32 based on experience.

Daily travel stipends, PTO accrual, and overtime structures are included for a stable, long-term role. The ideal candidate has remodeling experience, reliable transportation, and a valid license.

Salary Range: $22To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

The Position: We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $22-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
