Job summary

• Perform work in a professional and timely manner
• Follow Rapides Parish School Board policies
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Buildings and Construction
• Sign in and out at each school and cooperate with all building personnel

SUPERVISES: Helpers

JOB GOAL: To assist the Director of Buildings and Construction in providing facilities that

are properly maintained and conductive to a learning environment

TERM: Twelve (12) months

SALARY: Maintenance Department Salary Schedule MD-115

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
