Rink Management Services Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Carousel Attendant to ensure guest safety and provide friendly customer service around our carousel. Duties include operating, cleaning, and maintaining the ride, interacting with guests in person and over the phone, and processing payments.

The ideal candidate is 16 or older, available evenings, weekends, and holidays, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel.
• Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area.
• Interact with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Receive payments and fees.
• Answer questions from guests.
