Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the carousel in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Conduct opening, operational, and closing inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a safe ride perimeter and secure access gates during operation.
• Verify guests meet height, age, and safety requirements before boarding.
• Assist guests with boarding and exiting the attraction safely.
• Ensure guests remain in proper riding positions and comply with all rules and safety belts.
• Monitor the attraction and report safety concerns to management.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure accessibility is used safely.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carousel, queue area, ticketing area, and surrounding spaces.
• Process guest transactions accurately (cash, card, electronic payments).
• Maintain cash and transaction records; perform cash counts at shift end.
• Secure cash deposits following company procedures and report discrepancies.
