Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a dynamic leader to grow the Water/Wastewater brand across North and South Carolina. You will guide planning, design, and project execution for pumping systems, conveyance, storage, and treatment projects while expanding ESP’s client base.

The role reports to the Director of Capital Improvements, Water Resources and focuses on market growth, staff development, and maintaining project profitability in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• BSCE or related engineering degree.
• PE registration in NC/SC or ability to obtain by comity.
• 10+ years of relevant technical experience in water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and grow the Water & Wastewater team in the Carolinas.
• Partner with clients for planning studies and modeling for municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Manage design development, contracts, cost estimates, and client relations.
• Lead business development, proposals, and marketing of services.
• Mentor staff and manage project portfolios to achieve profitability.
