Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. seeks a dynamic leader to grow its Water/Wastewater brand in North and South Carolina. You will lead planning, design, and management of water and wastewater projects, leveraging relationships to expand ESP’s presence in the Carolinas.

You will set strategy, drive market penetration, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineers and sub-consultants to meet client needs and firm objectives.

Qualifications

• BSCE or related engineering degree required.
• P.E. Registration in NC/SC or ability to obtain via comity.
• 10+ years of relevant technical experience in Water/Wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and grow the Water and Wastewater team in the Carolinas.
• Partner with clients on planning studies and modeling approaches for municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Manage contract documents, cost estimates, client relations, and staff mentoring.
• Lead business development and marketing of clients, including proposals and budgets.
