Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Development, Fundraising, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple donor portfolios and strategic campaigns.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office software and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of donors in Macon and Jackson counties with yearly strategy.
• Develop annual donor plans and integrate major gift, planned giving, and endowment opportunities.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through meetings and events.
• Record donor interactions and track fundraising metrics.
• Collaborate with Grants and Community Outreach teams to expand funding sources.
