AMT Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Senior Water Resources Engineer / Project Manager in Emeryville, California. With 7+ years of experience, the right candidate will lead water resources engineering for transportation projects related to NCDOT and SCDOT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of water resources related experience including plan and report production.
• North Carolina-licensed Professional Engineer required; South Carolina PE preferred.
• NCDOT experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources engineering tasks for transportation-related projects.
• Completion of calculations and reports in support of transportation projects.
• Meet and work directly with clients and public agency officials.

Hydrological and Hydraulic modeling

Excellent organizational skills

Communication skills

CADD experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads

Education

BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources
