Job summary

Uptime Industrial is expanding into the Carolinas and seeking an Area Manager to lead a local team of 5–10 employees. You will drive business development, handle estimations, and oversee operations, safety, and profitability in the Carolinas region.

The role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong mechanical expertise, willing to travel and scale the operation as opportunities grow, backed by an established company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing a new operation.
• Strong background in industrial mechanical construction and maintenance.
• Experience estimating, quoting, and bidding industrial mechanical work.
