Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate a wheelchair lift.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations.
• Perform pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Complete required driving logs and report resident changes in condition.
• Follow safety, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
