Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines provides an extraordinary opportunity to lead the Carlin Process Division as Plant Manager, guiding strategy, safety, and continuous improvement. You will direct process operations, drive production targets, and build a high-performance team within one of North America’s premier gold processing facilities.

The role demands a strong background in metallurgical or chemical processing, with a proven track record of safety leadership and operational excellence in large-scale mining

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Extractive Metallurgy or related discipline required.
• An advanced degree in business preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive operational management, with at least 5 years in Process operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a plant within Carlin Process Division to maintain safe employee behaviors and environmental compliance.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct all Process operations with a focus on targets and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute aggressive annual improvement plans for operating and business results.
• Participate in senior leadership to drive strategic organizational initiatives and health, safety & environmental plans.
