Job summary

Aviva Pembroke is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to clean and service both public and private resident areas within a premier senior living community. You will follow health and safety policies and maintain clean, organized spaces daily.

The role requires physical stamina, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and related experience is a plus. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and exert up to 50 pounds of force to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas following health, hygiene, and appearance policies.
• Follow housekeeping protocols for dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal.
• Properly dispose of refuse in line with infection control standards.
• Maintain equipment and supplies to prevent waste and accidents; keep utility rooms organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
