Integral Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a senior living community. You will perform daily cleaning in apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices, ensuring a safe, tidy environment for residents.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, prior housekeeping experience, and the ability to read safety instructions. This role requires physical stamina and a friendly, respectful approach to seniors; full-time and part-time shifts are available with competitive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
• Interacts with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Regularly stand; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching; occasional sitting.
• Lifting up to 10 lbs, up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in assigned areas (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, vacuums, and maintains floors and runners.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers.
• Scrubs tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and materials in clean condition.
• Collects trash and distributes to pickup areas.
• Cleans and redistributes community laundry; maintains laundry area.
• Ensures chemicals are stored securely.
• Keeps cords, carts, and equipment out of exits; complies with fire codes.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
