Job summary

Oak Hill Senior Living is seeking an Activities Driver to provide reliable transportation for residents to activity programs, appointments, and outings. You will load/unload residents, ensure safety, and coordinate with nursing staff as needed.

You will also handle basic paperwork, maintain vehicle safety, and report transport outcomes to the nurse. The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in a senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Current, valid State driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Complete basic first aid course.
• COVID-19 vaccination proof required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to activities, appointments, and outings.
• Assist loading/unloading and secure residents.
• CNA or nurse accompanies residents with medical complexity as needed.
• Document transports and report to nurse after returns.
• Ensure safety checks and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform safety checks.
