Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy are seeking dependable Van Drivers in Arkansas to transport children safely to and from the academy. You will be a friendly first and last face for families, ensuring a calm, welcoming journey and strict adherence to routes and safety rules.

The role emphasizes reliability, patience, and a positive attitude while safeguarding children's privacy and well-being.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years old.
No prior driving experience required.
Ability to work with children birth through age six and families at risk.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
Ability to read and understand instructions, safety requirements, and procedures.
Basic math and practical problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

Safely transport children to and from Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy.
Create a calm, welcoming experience for children during transportation.
Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and clinic leadership.
Follow routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
Ensure children are accounted for when entering and exiting the vehicle.
Conduct required vehicle safety checks and report issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and protect confidentiality of families.
Represent MKSA and KULA with professionalism and care.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
