Skill Builders ABA in Utah seeks caring, reliable Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by BCBA supervisions, to help children build real-life skills and confidence. You’ll collect data, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship from your BCBA.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
