Rog Roslindale Adult Day in Boston, MA is seeking a Driver to safely transport participants to and from their homes and the program. The role requires a valid Massachusetts driver's license, a safe driving record, and CPR and First Aid training.

Experience with elders and multi-passenger vehicle operation is preferred; a drug and alcohol screening will be required. The Driver will follow a pre-arranged schedule, ensure safety, document travel and maintenance records, and provide courteous

Qualifications

• Valid MA driver's license with safe driving record.
• CPR and First Aid training.
• Experience with elders and adults with physical and/or cognitive impairments desirable.
• Experience driving a multi-passenger vehicle.
• Consent to initial and random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport participants and/or materials according to a pre-arranged schedule.
• Verify client and destination and never leave participant unattended.
• Ensure safety measures during transport.
• Report behavioral changes or incidents to staff.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as scheduled.
• Organize transportation duties and routes to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with participants and caregivers in a courteous manner.
