Job summary

Talentify in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Van Driver to transport PACE participants between homes, the Adult Day Health Center, medical appointments, and other approved locations. You will operate a van, assist with mobility devices, and follow individualized care plans and PACE policies.

The role requires a HS diploma, MA driver’s license with a clean three-year record, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and the ability to lift and assist participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Massachusetts driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within three months.
• Visual acuity to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned van in compliance with laws and policies.
• Transport participants to homes, centers, medical appointments and other locations.
• Assist participants in and out of vehicles and with mobility aids as required.
• Ensure passengers are secured and communicate with dispatch during routes.
• Perform delivery tasks and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Keep vehicles clean and coordinate basic maintenance as directed.
