Job summary

The Magnolia at Oxford Commons in Oxford, MS is seeking compassionate servers to join our dining team. You will help serve meals to senior residents, ensure pleasant and efficient dining, and prepare foods according to dietary standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene expected.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room, following dietary standards and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Take orders and serve food in an appropriate manner.
• Set up and deliver trays as requested by the chef/cook.
• Bus tables and trays in the dining room and other areas as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of kitchen and dining room equipment.
• Follow infection control procedures and residents' rights policies.
