Job summary

The Magnolia at Oxford Commons in Oxford, MS is seeking a Server to provide meal service and related tasks for senior residents in a compassionate, team-oriented dining room.

You will follow dietary standards, take orders, set up dining areas, and work with kitchen staff to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our residents. We offer full-time benefits including PTO, daily pay, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Requires ability to communicate with residents and staff.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide meals and related tasks in dining room to senior residents.
• Follow written and oral directions to ensure accurate service.
• Take orders and serve food in appropriate fashion.
• Set up and deliver trays as needed by kitchen staff.
• Bus tables and assist in meal service as necessary.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
• Follow infections control procedures related to food service.
