Ivy Park at Santa Rosa is a premier senior living community seeking a Server to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, family members, and visitors in accordance with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, setting up and breaking down tables, upholding serving etiquette, maintaining safety, and fostering teamwork across departments. No experience required; training provided.

Competenze

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Mansioni

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
