Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in State College, Pennsylvania is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, assist with tray service, and keep dining areas clean. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows simple instructions.
• Performs simple, repetitive tasks.
• Communicates effectively and works under close supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 3 hours).
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests in a courteous manner.
• Assist residents with menu selections and tray service.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juice, milk, coffee/tea).
• Clean-up and reset dining room after meals.
• Refill condiments and report broken equipment.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
