Qualifications

• Minimum education to demonstrate functional literacy.
• On‑the‑job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Previous food service/food prep experience in long‑term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist cook in meal preparation for patients/residents.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents on halls and dining areas.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments and serve per guidelines.
• Record menu substitutions and communicate changes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and kitchen; follow infection control policies.
• Attend mandatory trainings and comply with safety procedures.
