Job summary

Cura of Watkins is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide for day shift to join our Dining Services team. This fulltime role offers 72 hours per pay period with shifts from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm and every other weekend and holiday rotation.

You will assist with meal service, food safety, kitchen cleaning, and resident-focused service, delivering friendly, high-quality dining experiences for our residents. Starting wage is $19.09 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation & service as per menus and dietary orders.
• Follow portion sizes and therapeutic diet guidelines.
• Ensure meals are served on time with a friendly, resident-focused attitude.
• Assist with snacks, dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen cleaning.
• Deliver excellent resident service and communicate needs to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with dietary, nursing, housekeeping, and other departments.
