Job summary

TEK Systems in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Care Center Advisor to answer calls from insurance members and support a new client. You will handle about 40-60 calls daily, helping members verify benefits and understand current coverage, and assist with network verification and locating clinics.

The role is contract-to-hire, fully onsite in Eden Prairie, with a training period during which hours are 8am-4:30pm CST for the first four weeks, then 7am-7pm shifts on weekdays. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required (Verified as part of compliance)
• 2+ years of customer service experience (If coming from a retail environment I'd like to see a progression in the role)
• Or 2+ years of contact center experience preferable in a healthcare environment.

Description

This person will specifically be supporting their new insurance client. They will be taking about 40-60 phone calls a day. As this is a new client a good portion of the calls are from insurance members calling to verify their insurance and to understand what benefits they have now that they do not have their previous coverage. Some other phone calls can be to verify network, find a clinic.

Qualifications

Schedule

you will receive a 8.5 hour shift per day from 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday; the first 4 weeks will be Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm CST for training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
