Job summary

Tradewind Aviation, a premier Part 135 operator, seeks an experienced Lead Customer Service Agent for our San Juan, PR base. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure safety and top-tier customer service across departures and ground handling.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong leadership, communication skills, and a dedication to reliability in a fast-paced, customer-focused aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal permission to reside and work in the U.S. or its territories.
• Able to successfully complete a background investigation including FBI fingerprints and TSA/US Customs requirements.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safety and customer service standards.
• Lead agents and mentor front-line employees.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and improve service.
• Maintain documentation and elevate incidents to management as needed.
• Ensure on-time flights and high customer satisfaction by effective communication and teamwork.
