Job summary

Tradewind Aviation in San Juan, PR, seeks a full-time Customer Service Supervisor to lead the Caribbean base with a focus on top-tier service and efficient operations. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

You will guide staffing, training, and performance while promoting a positive work culture and ensuring seamless communication between shifts, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or management field.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or its territories without sponsorship.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the San Juan Station employees and services.
• Ensure day-to-day operation aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Be an expert in customer service and coordinate shifts and information flow.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the operation.
• Liaise between departments, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop training and coaching for station personnel and vendors.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing decisions.
• Track and improve quality of services at the San Juan Station.
• Analyze employee performance and ensure compliance with procedures.
