Job summary

Tradewind Aviation LLC in San Juan, PR is seeking a seasonal part-time Customer Service Agent to join our Passenger Service team. You will warmly welcome guests, resolve issues, and guide clients through the U.S. customs process in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has at least 1 year of customer service experience, and demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong work ethics and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests to create a positive arrival and departure experience.
• Listen to and resolve guest problems and complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes.
• Guide and assist clients through U.S. Customs and Border Protection process.
• Deliver seamless VIP service experiences.
• Escort passengers during boarding and assist with screening procedures.
• Assist unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs.
• Support VIP Lounge facilities to company standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients, agents, flight crews, and vendors.
• Assist with station upkeep and cleaning of work areas.
• Follow Ground Operations Manual and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
