The Longboard St. John is seeking dynamic, hospitality-driven waitstaff to join our Caribbean-inspired coastal kitchen. You will deliver warm, attentive service, guide guests through menu choices, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Experience in serving and strong knowledge of food and beverages are essential. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and lunch shifts is required; competitive pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsabilités

• Curate the guest journey from the first sip to the final bite.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and thoughtful service.
• Explain ingredients, sourcing, allergens, and menu details to guests.
• Execute opening and closing duties for smooth daily operations.
• Anticipate guests' needs and manage requests proactively.
• Maintain clean and organized guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
• Navigate the POS accurately to ensure correct billing.
