Responsibilities include loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and collaboration with warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Proven delivery or driving experience, preferably in food distribution.
• Knowledge of local and regional routes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely to transport products to locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Verify accuracy of loaded products against delivery manifests.
• Maintain vehicle logs complying with regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Communicate delivery status with dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety policies.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor delivery issues.
