D.c.-Global-Talent-Inc. is seeking a Beach Club Manager for a new luxury beach club opening in the Caribbean. This pre-opening role blends restaurant and outlet management with entertainment programming to create a remarkable guest experience.

You will lead on the ground daily, build a dynamic program, inspire a team, and ensure operations, guest service, and atmosphere meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a beach club, seaside restaurant, or outdoor venue.
• Strong track record in entertainment programming and guest experience.
• Ability to lead on the ground daily in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead beach club operations including the oceanfront restaurant, bar, pool, and beach areas.
• Build entertainment program with DJs, acts, and activations.
• Drive a guest-first culture and create memorable experiences.
• Recruit and develop a high-energy, service-focused team.
• Oversee F&B revenue, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on commercial strategy and performance.
• Ensure outdoor environments are immaculate and guest-ready.
