Like a Grilled Chicken Wrap, the SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Team Member position offers a variety of food service responsibilities.

Skating Carhop Requirements:

1. Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
2. Flexibility based on restaurant needs
3. Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
4. Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
5. Knowledge of the food service/restaurant industry or retail preferred, but not required
6. Friendly and welcoming attitude, with a desire to provide courteous service
7. Willingness to cross-train and learn to skate (skaters earn higher tips)

Position Summary:

This role involves serving products to guests efficiently and courteously.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure product quality and presentation before delivery
2. Deliver orders by carrying trays weighing up to 25 pounds
3. Provide quick, friendly, and polite service
4. Respond promptly to guest requests
5. Report complaints/issues to the Manager on Duty (MOD)
6. Assist with payments and make accurate change
7. Clear trays and trash from vehicles, patio, drive-thru, and parking lot
8. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
9. Attend to regular cleaning duties and safety protocols
10. Maintain consistent attendance

Additional Duties:

1. Report employee issues to MOD
2. Stock food items weighing up to 50 pounds
3. Complete skating training and perform duties on roller skates
4. Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

Flexible, including irregular hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
