Position: Carhop

Immediate Supervisor: Manager on Duty (MOD)

Position Summary: Serves products to guests, ensuring quality and appearance standards are met.

Job Duties include:

• Delivering product to guests efficiently and courteously.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Handling payments accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Additional Duties:

• Reporting employee issues to MOD.
• Stocking food and performing duties on roller skates if trained.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred.
• Good communication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment: Involves standing, bending, reaching, and skating in various weather conditions, with exposure to heat, cold, and cleaning chemicals.
