American Airlines Cargo is seeking a Business Technology Analyst to help modernize our technology stack and automate critical workflows. You will partner with Cargo teams to administer commercial systems, maintain master configurations, and deliver data-driven automation that enhances efficiency and the customer experience.

You will develop emerging technology strategies, build business cases, and collaborate across divisions to launch initiatives, using SQL and Tableau to measure product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of cargo, strategy, or innovation work
• Experience with data analysis and automation

Responsibilities

• Develop emerging technology strategy for cargo and evaluate third-party tech
• Prepare business cases and high-level financial analyses
• Lead major division initiatives (product launches, new channels)
• Interface with Cargo departments to shape strategy
• Analytical work on cargo product performance using SQL and Tableau
• Monitor air cargo market dynamics and customer needs
