Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC seeks a Cargo Warehouse Manager on Duty in Charlotte, NC to lead front-line supervisory personnel and ensure safe, efficient cargo operations. The MOD directs warehouse and ramp activities, trains agents, coordinates with air carriers and regulators, and maintains reports and equipment readiness to meet budgets and service standards.

The role upholds FAA/TSA rules, manages staffing, and fosters teamwork, safety, and reliability in daily air cargo

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs warehouse and cargo ramp operations to meet all requirements.
• Directs and trains assigned Agents, including monthly compliance and annual safety training.
• Coordinates activities with air carrier personnel, gateway management, and regulators.
• Operates and trains equipment such as loaders, tugs, and conveyors and ensures maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and related directives.
• Maintains emergency checklists and prepares reports.
• Updates MUFIDS and coordinates communications related to manifests and flight details.
• Performs audits, inventory, and timekeeping data updates.
• Completes required training and reports safety hazards promptly.
• Adheres to schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
