Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop work assignments for office agents and leads.
• Coordinate with management on hiring, promotions, and disciplinary decisions.

• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, and IATA regulations.
