Job summary

Lufthansa Cargo is seeking a Cargo Documentation Agent to handle documentary processing for airfreight under supervision. You will ensure accurate documentation, assist customers, and support smooth cargo flow.

The role requires English fluency, good math and data skills, and the ability to work shifts under time pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior logistics exposure is desirable; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English language required.
• High school diploma/GED desirable.
• 2-3 years experience in logistics or air cargo desirable.
• Computer skills as user.

Responsibilities

• Documentary Acceptances.
• Shipment Data Capture.
• Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown.
• Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs).
• Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages).
• Preparation NOTOC.
• Close out flight.
• Notify customer and hand over AWB and docs to customer.

• Close out flight
• Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
• Customer contact (Notify customer)
• Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
• Debit charges
• Participate in other duties as assigned
