Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization, data modeling, database management, and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data quality across disputes, claims, and collections datasets to ensure accurate analytical outcomes.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret billing, payment, operational, and case data to provide actionable insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership visibility and informed decisions.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities and support business performance discussions.
• Partner with stakeholders on customer-facing collection calls and translate analysis into clear positions.
