Job summary

The City of New York, via NYCHA, seeks a CARETAKER (HA) to support housing maintenance operations across developments. You will drive development vehicles, assist in debris pickup, pick up materials, and help prepare apartments for move outs.

A valid driver's license is required; ability to drive manual transmission is preferred. NYCHA provides benefits including medical coverage plans, deferred compensation, and a defined NYCERS pension.
