Job summary

INH Properties in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a full-time Caretaker to maintain two apartment buildings and surrounding grounds. You will perform on-site maintenance, assist with turnover cleaning, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑kept property for residents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or relevant experience and demonstrates initiative, organization, and good judgment. This position is hourly and full-time, with on-call responsibilities and rent credit eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
• Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
• Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
• Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).

What We're Looking For

INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible Caretaker for two apartment buildings located in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
