About Us

We aren't a large facility or a busy center; we are a three-bedroom home in the countryside of Vista where six adults with developmental disabilities live and thrive. We believe that quality of life is the only metric that matters, so we focus on honoring our residents' choices and creating a respectful home and community environment. The Role & Schedule

We are looking for a dedicated Careprovider to support our six residents across both our home-based care and our Community Day Program.

• Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour.
• Flexibility: We have shifts at various times of the day and the week. Staff can typically work 30-40 hours per week if they are are willing to fill needed shifts. While we prefer consistent schedules, we need a team member who is adaptable. Shifts may occasionally change based on the evolving needs of the residents and the home.
