Job summary

Talentify is seeking a CareLink program support representative responsible for delivering excellent customer service and member education. You will act as a bridge between members and providers, helping educate on benefits, requirements, and funding considerations.

The role requires a high school diploma, with preferred college coursework in business or health care administration and at least one year of related insurance experience, plus healthcare problem resolution experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of college coursework in business, health care administration or related courses preferred.
• Minimum of one year related insurance experience preferred.
• Health care problem resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and member education for the CareLink program.
• Act as liaison between members and providers.
• Educate members about benefits, requirements and other components of the CareLink program.
• Explain schedule of benefits and how it relates to other funding sources.
