Mana Resources LLC is seeking kind-hearted caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home in Idaho. You will empower residents to reach personal goals and live with dignity, offering daily living assistance, emotional support, and companionship.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to complete required certifications such as CPR/First Aid and medication

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus, training provided.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication assistance.
• Offer encouragement, emotional support, and companionship.
• Accompany residents on community outings and recreational activities.
• Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, nurturing home environment.
• Document resident progress and communicate needs with care team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and team to follow individualized care plans.

What You’ll Do

• Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
• Offer encouragement, emotional support, and genuine companionship
• Accompany residents on community outings and fun recreational activities
• Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment
• Document resident progress and communicate needs or concerns with care and professionalism
• Work alongside healthcare providers, families, and team members to develop and follow individualized care plans

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
