Job summary

Mana Resources, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Nampa and Meridian to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. You will help with daily living, personal care, meals, medication assistance, and transportation, fostering independence and a supportive home environment.

We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication. Training is provided, and weekend hours are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Caregiving experience is a plus (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, meals, medication assistance).
• Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship.
• Assist with community outings and recreational activities.
• Help build life skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the team.
• Work with families and providers to follow individualized care plans.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication assistance
• Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship

• Document care and communicate effectively with the team
• Work alongside families and providers to follow individualized care plans

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Caregiving experience is a plus (we're happy to train the right person!)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
• CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (training provided)

Shifts

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM
