Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Rocky Hill and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with flexible scheduling and 2–12 hour shifts, including day and overnight options.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days for those working at least 20 hours weekly and with no unexcused absences.

Qualifications

• Experience as PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals according to client needs and preferences.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands and provide medication reminders.
• Observe client changes and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Deliver respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.

Your responsibilities may include:
