Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in Wethersfield, CT and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with flexible schedules and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and is based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Expect day, evening, and overnight shifts with full training and dedicated office support.

Qualifications

• Caregivers for PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker roles.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Prior caregiving experience not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Preparing meals based on client needs and preferences.
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance.
• Running errands when needed and transporting as required.
• Providing medication reminders and observation for changes.
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable home and reporting to supervisor.

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Providing companionship and emotional encouragement

Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Running essential errands when needed

Providing medication reminders

Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

WHAT YOU BRING
